Can a MACRO be developed for quick printing

Dear all,
We are working in MS.XL and while printing say form 16 we have to select an employee and then take a print out. If we want to take print out of say 10 no of employees at a time as similar like database concept can it be possible? Can it be developed using MACRO ? Please share your idea.
