Can A CA in Practise open a Business

There is a CA who is in whole-time practice and even he has an HUF in which he is the Karta can he open other busines in the name of Karta (a business not concerned to CA profession)?

A practicing member of ICAI can not engage him/herself in business other than CA profession.

I think as per the code of conduct A CA who is in whole-time practice can not engage in business other than the CA profession.
