Dear Experts,
I am manufacturing pharmaceutical tablets and capsules on which MRP is applicable. As per normal sale value mine turnover is Rs.116 lacs upto today. Now my query is that
whether normal sale value is sufficient for calculation of Rs.150 lacs or i have to calculate my turnover as per MRP formula and when i have to apply for CE registration.

You have to calculate sales value as per section 4A of CEA i.e. if MRP is applicable then sale value is considered as per MRP after taking effect of abatement .
30 November 2012
Assessable value will be count for calculation of Rs. 1.5cr. If you have cleared the goods on MRP value then after abatement value will be count for calculation of Rs. 1.5cr.
