how to calculate excise duty in readymade garments manufacturing concerns

Dear
Finance bill 2016 the excise duty is applicable on the garment manufacturing.
@2% without cenvat and. @12% with cenvat.
If RSP retail sale price is more than 1000 rs.
And for calculation of TV 60% of RSP will be taxable.
