15 December 2015 I completed IPCC and doing Bcom with it. I have not written any Exam. i want advice regarding whether I should cancel this Bcom and register for ICAI proposed Bcom scheme or stay with this one?

15 December 2015 If it is a full time course, you will have to.
But your university must be permitting you for conversion to distance education.
So, you might have to seek info regarding this and then decide, according to me.
