I DID GRADUATION IN 2008 WITH 72.11% MARKS NOW I WANT TO DO CA OR ICWAI WHICH IS BEST FOR ME. PLZ SUGGEST ME I SHALL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.

This decision, you have to take as per your interest. CA is definitely good but requires much more study and hard work, as compared to ICWAI. If you are mentally determined to work hard, than go CA otherwise with little liberal study, you can complete ICWAI.
