please what is the procedure for conversion into new final course. I have appeared in ca(final)Exam Nov2010 for both group, but expect to qualify in 1st groups, whether any process to take conversion for one group only or have to take both group. whether i have to go for conversion now or wait for result,

Just wait till ur reslult,
and if you pass the first grp then there is no need of writting the first group again in new syslabus.
