I qualified my CA Finals exam in NOV 2014 and till now I have not applied for Membership? If I sent my documents now whether INSTITUTE will accept my application?

Not a big deal.
Taking membership is at your discretion.
No fees for late registration etc.
It is even not mandatory. But to receive the benefits from ICAI, you should acquire membership. And date of entry to the register of members is really an important thing.
