09 September 2020 I have submitted the form 109 in ssp portal for transfer. But by mistake I have submitted the blank form...So now what I have to do..
Can I get further chance to upload the signed and correct form or not.

26 September 2020 Generally, you will get another chance for reuploading the signed document. Wait for few days, then when the Regional Officer had seen your form, he will ask you to reupload the same then you can reupload the form.
