CA intermediate registration from CPT route

28 August 2022 I registered for CA inter from direct route for which I'm not eligible at all. As per the ICAI ticket solution resubmit the application with request to reject. So i want to know how can I reject my application so that I can find CPT route form.
I have 2 days left for registration.

06 July 2024 If you have mistakenly registered for CA Intermediate under the direct route but you are not eligible for it, and you need to switch to the CPT route, here are the steps you can take to rectify the situation:

1. **Contact ICAI Support**: Immediately reach out to the support team of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). You can find contact details on their official website or through the self-service portal (SSP) where you registered.

2. **Explain Your Situation**: Clearly explain that you registered under the wrong route (direct entry instead of CPT) and that you need to rectify this error urgently.

3. **Request for Application Rejection**: Ask them to reject your current application so that you can submit a new application under the correct route (CPT).

4. **Submit New Application**: Once your current application is rejected or cancelled by ICAI, immediately submit a new application for CA Intermediate through the CPT route within the remaining two days you have left for registration.

5. **Follow ICAI Instructions**: Follow any specific instructions or guidance provided by ICAI during this process to ensure that your application is processed correctly and on time.

6. **Confirmation**: Ensure to get confirmation from ICAI that your initial application has been cancelled or rejected and that you are able to proceed with a new application under the CPT route.
