30 May 2016 Can CA Inter qualified person apply for industrial training after the article-ship is over,does industry appoint them?? pls reply soon.

30 May 2016 Industrial training is provided to a Chartered Accountancy pursuing student. He or she will be eligible in the last year or last nine month of his or her articleship. If you have completed to article training then you can join a company as an employee directly.

02 June 2016 Then it is not called Industrial training, you will be hired by Company as an employee.

02 June 2016 The idea of Industrial training was to provide opportunities to meritorious students who clear their CA Intermediate in their first or second attempt, so that they get opportunity to work in Industry before getting absorbed as employee by the employer.

04 June 2016 So that means One cannot even apply for vacany of industrial training just bcz articlship is over..my main aim was to know whether a ca inter qualified can apply to industrial training vacancy?

04 June 2016 Industrial training is offered only during the course of your articleship. Upon completion of articleship you will be hired as an employee.
