Dear Expert,
I am a qualified chartered accountant in service. My wife is judge in court. We are living in court quarter.
Can I start my practice in that Judge's quarter?
Will it create any problem for my wife?

Sir, to the extent of my knowledge concern, there are lot of restriction on judges and if you start practice in judge quarter then it will be consider as you are taking advantage of your wife's position to influence your client. So definitely it will create lot of trouble for her.
