i have a sole proprietor firm. now i want to inter a partner in the firm. what is the procedure for it. plz, tell..

You can enter a new partner in your proprietorship concern and make it into a partnership. You will have to submit Form 18 and Form 117 that you can download from the institute's website. Also make a partnership deed because you will be requiring the same for proof.
