03 October 2018 If I have a sole proprietorship firm and if I joined as a partner in partnership firm, am I eligible to practice in sole proprietorship firm name or not.
If after 2 years I came out of partnership firm is my sole proprietorship firm will get 2 years of experience.

04 October 2018 If you partnership deed permits you could practice simultaneously as sole proprietor and partner.There is no bar and your experience of two years as proprietor would be considered.
