can anyone suggest me time table for the preparation of ca final second group with in 3 months. Also suggest me how to complete/study Direct Tax.

Lot depends upon whether you have 3 months leave or you have to go to office. To be certain that you will clear with good marks you have to complete course 1 month before. so try and finish up within 2months. keep last month for revision.
2 months if you have to go to office you have to study at least 6-7 hours apart from your office. if you dont have office. sit for 10-12 hours. effectively no one can study for more than 8 hours.

IDT 12 days, 4-EXCISE, 4-Customs, 2-common topics, 2-service tax (Bangar Book)
Costing 12DAYS, 3 Quantitative Tech, 3 Theory(DO IT WELL), 2 Standard Costing, 3 Decision Making(including Marginal), 1 Other topics (ABC, TQM JIT)
MICS - 16 Days
chap.123 - 1 day
Chap 56 1 day
Chap 7,8,9,10 4 days (7is big but 10 is small)
chap 13,14,15, 4 Days
chap 16 , 1 day,
Ch 17 18 2 days,
19 1 day, 11 1 day.
12 + 12 + 16 = 40, so 20 days for Income Tax.
