Ca final registration before clearing ipcc group 2

I have not cleared my IPCC Group 2 and appearing in May 2016.
Also I am eligible for appearing CA Final in NOV 2016.
If I clear IPCC Group 2 in May 2016 Can I appear finals in NOV 16.
For appearing FINAL in NOV 16 by what time I should get register in ICAI.
CAN I REGISTER FOR FINAL CA BEFORE PASING IPCC GROUP 2

and if you passed may2016 exam you can appear for nov2016 exam if you completed 2.5 years of articleship by october 2016,
you can register immediately after passing and send exam form after registration successful ,,its okay,
