in ca final registration form, date of commencement of articles with proof, has been asked. can i attach a copy of students id card given at the time of registration of articles? or what proof needs to be given?
to whom should i send the form?

you can send copy of letter of registration of article with the form.
The Student shall also submit the following documents at the time of submission of the Registration Form:
Copy of ITT Training Certificate.
Copy of Orientation Program Training Certificate.
Copy of IPCC Mark sheet attested by a Chartered Accountant.
Demand Draft/Pay Order towards CA Final Registration Fees.
