I have passed ipcc in august 2012. When should i register for CA final and wen will my exam becum due if i start my articleship in aug 2012?

You can register at any time, but you should register A.S.A.P and start articleship soon to avoid any delays in the the final attempt. I think your final attempt will be in May 2015.
