Can any one guide us regarding whether Pracise manual of Advance management Accounting ( AMA) and ISCA published in January 2016 applicable for May 2016 or old one ie January 2014 & January 2015 respectively ?

There is no hard and fast rule that questions / problems of the examinations are to be confined to the boundaries of the contents in text / practice manual. You need to clearly understand the concepts and principles and their application wherever they are with regard to respective papers. In general these are dealt in the text / practice manual.
Students at all levels are tested about the clear understanding of the concepts and their application in different scenarios.
