i have passed pcc 1st grp in june09 nd 2nd in nov. my articleship training starts on 19/12/2007. i want to ask that am i eligible to appear in nov 10 for ca final?????

If your training starts from 19.12.07 for 19.12.10 3years and from 19.12.10 to 19.06.11 so seeing from this you can take in nov 11.
