If you have completed your articleship training then you can obtain signature from any Chartered Accountant holding a valid Membership Number.

also while filling exam form for may 2017 , do i have to upload any other documents other than the certificate of service . I have completed my articleship , so can i get the certificate of service signed by my friend who is a CA in employement

Uploading only Certificate of Service is sufficient, nothing more and yes, you can obtain signature from your friend.
