I have my finals in nov 2016 . I bought Munish Bhandari Law Book which is applicable for May 2016. I wish to know whether the same will be relevent for Nov 2016 ?

You can go ahead with the same book, there could be minor changes which you can always refer it from Revision Test Paper or based on the announcement made by ICAI relevant for November 2016 examination. It is always better to begin your studies early, instead of waiting for the books to arrive just a couple of months before the exam. There is always this probability of minor changes which you need to update and adopt during your study time.
