Can a person give exams in May, 2015 of CA Final if he is cleared in IPC 2nd group (1st group already cleared) in November, 2014?

yes provided he have completed his articlehsip period of 2 yrs and 6 months...........

there is no procedure sep mentioned just fill up esam form
