04 October 2013 I HAVE STARTED MY ARTICLESHIP ON 2 JUNE 2013 WOULD I WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR CA FINAL NOV 2015 ATTEMPT IF I WOULD NOT TAKE LEAVE IN EXCESS OF 15 DAYS DURING ARTICLESHIP PERIOD

04 October 2013 U need to complete atleast 2.5 years for becoming eligible for CA final exam.

04 October 2013 no,as per institute's norms you have to be in last 6months of training to be eligible for final exams and in your case it is more than 6months period

04 October 2013 2.5 years means the article is in his last 6 months of articleship only, pls read the advice given properly and pls also state the name of regulation and its not rule but regulation 65 and 59 under THE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS ACT, 1949.

04 October 2013 whether a new or existing all are governed by same rule of law so it will be better to advise first in technical terms and then simplify it as they will understand both and will be able to improve.

Sorry, You are not eligible for the Nov,2015 term..

As your 2.5 years of Articleship completing in Nov,2015...

However, you can write May,2016 Exams...
