I have the video of CA Sanjay Aggarwal's costing classes of 2012-13 batch and my CA final exam is due on November 2017. I wanted to know whether there has been any syllabus changes for the subject in these past few years and is it advisable to watch the video at home or to take classes?

In Advanced Management Accounting paper there is no change as such, it is important to make an effort in trying to solve problems based on the conceptual clarity you get from watching the videos. If you are able to apply your mind to the teaching technique of the author then there is no need to attend further classes. May be for solving extra problems you may lay hand on the Practice manual to check your level of understanding of the concepts.
