Sir/Ma'am
I have started my Articleship on 16th October 2014 and took transfer on 31st may 2015. I took leave of 55 days and the reply to my transfer letter said there were excess leave of 25 days of which i was not very much aware about.
I rejoined my Articleship on 4th june 2015.
now what will be my attempt for ca final stands a query. My earlier attempt was to be May,2017 and through some contacts i am informed that my attempt has been postponed in regards to excess leaves.
Can i adjust my excess leaves by not taking permissible leaves in next 2 years which i already have taken care of.
please reply to my query as soon as possible.
I'll be glad to hear any solutions not to have my attempt postponed.

If u can complete ur articleship including max leaves of 156 & any extension on or before 31st October,2017,then u can give May 17 attempt.

yes i m ready to adjust my excess leaves with my rest of permissable leaves.

Yes,it is allowed..
You can read the letter of ICAI in which they gave excess leaves & tell ur principal to adjust the excess leaves in remaining permissible leaves.
