03 June 2013 How to find earliest possible CA Final attempt & plz tell is there any provision to take CA Final exam earlier than somebody's earliest possible CA Final attempt, in ICAI's rules......plz tell.

Student gets eligibility to appear in ca final exam after completing 2.5 years of his articleship , i.e he can attend for ca final exam in last months of articleship

06 June 2013 No such request will be accepted..

however please contact nearest regional branch of icai for confirmation..

you will get eligibility only after completing 2.5 years of articleship i.e, last 6 months of articleship

08 June 2013 Can someone continue CA even if he/she gets a private/govt job( in any department). Plz provide the relevant information regarding this and about articleship if he/she has to go on job??

08 June 2013 No once you passed ipcc you need to join as a full time articleship student..in that time you are not eligible to continue articleship if you engage in some other jobs,

24 June 2013 During CA period i want to pursue another study correspondence course side by side, so tell me provisions regarding how to make it possible and what information are required to file with ICAI.

24 June 2013 1)you can join one additional course during ca articleship

2)you need to send form 112 signed by you and your boss to icai with in 30 days of registering in to new course

29 June 2013 You need to do 3 years articleship only...

still more you want to work with audit firm you may work as an employee with the firm

because ICAI fixed eligibility creteria to write ca final exams...which is student should complete atleast 2 and half years of articleship to write exams

so no it is not possible to do articleship after exams..you need to complete 2.5 years before it
