Dear sir/ madam , my article ship is going complete on 21st Oct 2016.I confused when I ll be eligible for final exam ..?please suggest..

you had started in oct 2013 so counting 2.5 years from this date it comes to 21.4.2016 ur eligible for may 2016 will be ur first attempt .
