During your last 6 months of articleship you can appear for CA final.

Yes they have been preponed. Otherwise your attempt would have been May 2013.

let me give you an example
my friends appeared in CPT exam in June08 and they are getting their Final attempt in Nov11.
AND I appeared in Dec08 and i m getting my attempt in Nov.12...
starting line must be the same for all students..M I right or not?
please its a real serious issue Please everyone support..guys who have given CPT in Dec. 08 and registered for IPCC are facing loss of 6 months without any failure in any inter exam attempt..
