ca final new course applicable from may 2016 i have already givan exam in may 2015 still not clear howmany year old course will continue and give details of which subject change???

No person shall repay any loan or deposit or specified advances received by it otherwise than by way of
a) a/c payee cheque or
b) a/c payee draft or
c) ECS through a bank a/c if :
1) the amount of such loan or deposit repaid or specified advances together with interest thereon thereon< if any, or
2) if any loan or deposit along with interest if any, is remaining unpaid , whether repayment of the same has been fallen due or not.
3) the aggregate amount of the specified advances received by such person either in his own or jointly with any other person as on the date of such repayment together with interest if any on such advances,
is 20000 or more
please give me example of above 3 situation
