Sir i have cleared my ipcc in may 2013 And now i have my ca final attempt in may 2016..,Does the 2016 Scheme apply To me ?? and will my attempt shift to nov 2016?? because as per new scheme it shud complete 3 Years years of articled training

there is no need to panic as u have already registered under current scheme of ca final ur attemot will be as per current scheme and exam only and u need to complete 2 years and 6 months of training only for appearing for nov 2016
