04 January 2009 I have done B.Com and then i did my MBA in 2003. I got registeration for CA foundation in 2000 but i could not appear for the same.
Now, if i want to go for CA, do i need to appear for the enterance or can get admission in to CA Inter(might be renamed now)? Please suggest

As per the new rule you can't appear for PE-ii directly.
First you had to appear for CPT and then after 18 months articleship training you have to appear for PCC.
Than after more 2 yrs of articleship period you will be eligible for your final exams.
Recently institute came out with new course IPCC where you can appear for 1 group of PCC after 9 mths from the pass of CPT.

05 January 2009 You have to register for CPT and the you can do ATC or CA as per your wish and convenience.

05 January 2009 CA inter has been changed to PE-2, and then to PCC and then it has been converted to IPCC
