21 April 2008 EVERY COMPANY NEEDS A HEAD OF FIN/ACCTS,BESIDES A COMPANY SECRETARY IF THE PAID UP CAPITAL EXCEEDS A CERTAIN LIMIT (RS. TWO CRORES AT PRESENT.).
SO IF THE HEAD OF FINEANCE AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER(COMPANY SECY.) IS SAME, THERE WILL BE LOT OF ADVANTAGES OF COORDINATION AND UNITY OF THOUGHT FOR THE COMPANY AND ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.THE OMPANY SECY.BEING COMPLIANCE OFFICER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STATUTORY COMPLIANCES UNDER ALL APPLICABLE ACTS FOR THE COMPANY.
THE CARRER PROSPECTS WILL BE BRIGHTER FOR A PERSON WHO COMBINES BOTH QUALIFIACATIONS.HE WILL HAVE A BROAD HORIZON AND VISION FOR THE COMPANY AS HE IS ANSWERABLE TO SHAREHOLDRS,DIRECTORS AND STATUTOTRY AUTHORITIES.
