23 October 2013 yes, but interviewer will give package after considering quality of the student
.

so many students who not qualified by first attempt also getting attracive package ,,however more gates will open for first attempt qualified students

23 October 2013 According to me it is partially true.
Employers are very smart nowadays. If you do not have knowledge and right attitude, they won’t respond to you based on other factors like clear all attempts in one go etc.

At the end of the you have to perform and you have to show that you are capable of doing that. So just focus on conceptual clarity and hardcore knowledge of your area.
