11 April 2012 If Article is asked to do for clerical task which is not for training purpose for a Article Assistant then what will the article can do for reliving that situation.

11 April 2012 These all are common and many students facing this type of problems. If you want then write to the ICAI on him. But generally no body take it serious because he is very necessary important to the students while at the time of singing on 109 and considering of leaves etc... if you don't like then write to ICAI on him or take transfer of Article. But student also has a write to complaint on CA(Member of ICAI).

11 April 2012 In fact other than some personal work e.g. municiapl taxes, LIC premiums, Banking opration, cash Handling, Office reception and correspondence work, fees collection from clients, Handle tax employees, conveniencing other staff such training is not in books.You may faith your guru otherwise transfer your articleship.
