Is it necessary to take three months break after taking termination on medical grounds or can we re register before taking such three month break ?

yes, it is written but is there any practical case of it ?
As I have heard we can take registration before 3 months but I am not confirmed.

ICAI wont allow it, they will send letter saying to register after 3 months as per rule ,rule is clear,
