12 May 2013 Please tell whether there is any time limit within which we have to join a new firm after taking transfer.like 1 month or so.like my friend had joined on 26 october 2012 and has left the previous firm on 15 may.when should he join new firm so that his CA final exam does not get delayed which is supposed to be in may 2015?

15 May 2013 there is no time limit to join with new employer

but inorder to get attempt u should work 2 and half years of articleship

what ever delay your articleship period will be extended to that extent
