First of all when you have applied in many firms then why you have not been sent interview calls by any of the firms. In case you have received then how you have done in interview is also material. Each and every firm requires reference as the person whose reference is given will be contacted and information will be taken from him or her. It is not the reference from any politician or influential person. Do it.
