sir I completed my ipcc both groups in may 2014 but due to some unavoidable reasons I did not register for article ship I am registering now can I get my registration counted from the past date when I should join please give me reply as fast as possible

Yes. You can. You will have to pay the prescribed fine and also write a letter to icai asking to forgive your error. They might give u some small penalty but it will be counted from the day u joined your articleship. Cheers. Hope this helps For further perusal go to icai.org and check articleship registration rules
