Dear Sir,
Kindly let me know who can Give C form n who can receive the c form and also our co not registered for CST is it eligible to give C form without registration??? and also from January 2013 is that mandatory to file online all the bills monthly-wise if we have not done what is the next solution??

the purchaser give C form to the seller for reducing the tax rate to 2%.
Only the registered dealer can issue the C form.

I knew it, kindly let me know without registration of CST/ not having the CST no can generate the C-form???

i already mention only registered dealer (Means who is registered in CST act and Local Vat Act) can issue the C form.
