19 March 2008 Dear Collouges,

Could you please, let me know on which basis we issue the C forms to vendor i.e. for how many C forms will issue for purchases for the month of Mar’06, Apr’06 and May’06.

Please clarify and if it possible code with Sections. It applicable financial year wise

19 March 2008 I don't think 'C' Forms can be issued for transactions taken place so long before.
'C' Form should be produced when making an interstate purchases or before assessment of the seller is over.

24 March 2008 1form for each quarter will be given to the purchaser and Quarter start from 01.04 of each year
