C forms , e 1/e2 forms issues , accounting issues

03 September 2013 In case of a company , billing address is Delhi and shipping address is Faridabad.
How to account for it ? What about the C Forms ? How we can take the benefit of E 1 AND E2 ? Where to pass accounting entries and stock entries so that there should not be any problem.Please guide.

PARTY -A SUPPLIER FROM FROM DELHI
PARTY -B BUYER FROM DELHI/OTHER STATE
PARTY -C CONSIGNEE FROM OTHER THAN DELHI

THAN E-I TRANSACTION BECOME FOR PARTY-B

PARTY-B ISSUE C FORM TO PARTY-A THAN
PARTY-A ISSUE E-I FORM TO PARTY-B.

03 September 2013 Thanks for the reply.I repeat my question further.Acompany has branches at Delhi, Faridabad and other states.It is buying goods from Mumbai.It has warehouse at Faridadbad.It is bying goods from Mumbai , on the invoice, it is Delhi address, where goods will be sent at the shipping address which is .Faridabad. In this case how to solve this problem.please advise.Thanks.
