29 December 2011 Each dealer will be given user name and pass word by the department in Karnataka State and the dealer is enabled to apply for C forms online. Once the Form is approved online, the same can be taken print, attested by the department and issuable to the suppliers.

Also, facility is provided to upload the details of Form C received from the customers through online.
