12 January 2010 can we ask the party to send us 'c' form in advance against order.... before despatching the good.

15 January 2010 it may be possible if the party if giving only one order in the quarter, but if the party is giving many order to you in a quarter then its not possible to ask them send C-form before dispatchng the goods, because according to law c-form is issued at quater basis

All these my view not according to law
