I want to know that how to go about uploading of C form if the invoice number is more than 13 digit whereas the system accept only 13 digit invoice number

you can write the last 13 digit of Invoice no.

No, It will be not any complications from supplier side because last for digit is matter for Invoice no. and you will write last 13 digit. So, its ok for you.
