please tell me..in Hariyana what is time limit for collection of C form of Sales against C form. Is there any penalty, if it is collected next financial year..

Within the same next quarter of the sale taken place.
for eg sale has taken place during oct - dec.
You have to collect c form during jan-mar.
If you have not filed then you have to pay interest and penalty . However practically you have 6 months time, ie another quarter april - june
