I am a LLB degree holder & persuing my Ca final to be appearing in Nov 2008. Can I apply for sanath & if yes do I need to intimate to ICAI
Can a C.A & L.L.b degree holder apply for
both COP (for C.A) & sanath (for L.L.B).

no you cant do thats professional misconduct..read professional ethics

ICAI bars you from doing anything other CA course, therefore first complete CA final Exam, then take Sanath and start practice as lawyer provided you have completed your articleship. After you pass CA, you can choose only one of the professions LLB or CA. CA is best to practice.
