By mistake wrong Claiming Deduction U/s 80U

I Have fillied Anuual E-Filing Return of an assessee for A.Y.2010-11 and Filied Be-Lated Return.and I Get Deduction U/s 80U but the actual Severlity of 40% and By mistakly i had Claimed 80% Serverlity.so please suggest me what i should do.....??????
