WHAT ARE THE PROVISIONS OF BUY BACK OF SHARES OF PRIVATE LTD COMPANIES.

Section 77a, 77b and 77aa shall be applicable along with Private Limited. Company and Unlisted Public Limited Company (Buy-back of Securities) Rules..
