29 April 2008 I have PCC attempt in Nov.2008. I have prepared well for all the subjects except for Company Law in BCL. Please suggest me how to prepare for that part.

29 April 2008 you will first read inst.model in detail & then you will read munish bhandari's book.you will analyse the question in depth what is the asking question & what they want in answers
firstly when they ask question you will write what law say then what they ask & afterwards your opnion of the question

29 April 2008 Read from Inst. material, it is best for theory subjects. U can opt for N.D.Kapoor for Topic create problem in material & for case laws.
Dont forget to read case laws from reference book(N.D.Kapoor ) as u have to attempt nearly 80marks paper in case laws.
