I have PCC attempt in Nov.2008. I have prepared well for all the subjects except for Company Law in BCL. Please suggest me how to prepare for that part.

you will first read inst.model in detail & then you will read munish bhandari's book.you will analyse the question in depth what is the asking question & what they want in answers
firstly when they ask question you will write what law say then what they ask & afterwards your opnion of the question

Read from Inst. material, it is best for theory subjects. U can opt for N.D.Kapoor for Topic create problem in material & for case laws.
Dont forget to read case laws from reference book(N.D.Kapoor ) as u have to attempt nearly 80marks paper in case laws.
